Matty is healing so well after his surgery! Yesterday he had his surgical staples removed, and he doesn't have to wear his conehead collar anymore! You can see how much he liked it...The incision is healing very well, and the fur is already starting to grow over it!
As you can see, his other legs are getting very long and lanky, he's growing like a weed and now weighs 16 pounds!
Here is Matty meeting his foster brother Finn, a Husky/Samoyed mix, over the baby gate. Matty has to stay in rescue for another 4 weeks to make sure his incision heals completely, so he can't roughhouse with Finn yet, but they sure want to play with each other!Thanks again to everyone who donated toward Matty's sugery. He, and we, can't thank you enough for helping to make his surgery possible!
