I got a good report from the vet yesterday - he took off my hard cast and put on a soft cast. My leg is healing very well and I can now take walks that are a little longer - YEAH! A family has already been approved to adopt me, but we are waiting until my soft cast comes off for me to go to my forever home. My new mom Cheri went along with me so she could meet Dr. Zolton and ask him questions.

Happy Holidays from Kenai!
Hi everyone, it's me, Kenai again. I am the one with the candy cane cast! The other 2 dogs are my foster sisters - the malamute is Mickie, she is 11 months old and the black lab is a therapy dog and she is almost 8 years old.
