Cough and Cold Season

Dogs get coughs and colds too! Our new Siberian Husky pup Keeya started to have a runny nose and cough today, so her foster mom took her to the vet. The vet said Keeya has the early stages of pneumonia, and put her on antibiotics. She will be kept separate from the other dogs in her foster home so that they don't get sick as well.

Copper, 1 year old Alaskan Malamute, is also recovering from kennel cough. He's been a real trooper!

Jaxson, a Siberian Husky pup, came in to foster care earlier this week, and is getting over a stomach bug. He has to be kept separate from the other dogs in his foster home so they don't get sick, and he just wants to play!

Finn, a young Siberian Husky/Samoyed mix, is also getting over a nasty case of kennel cough, so he's on medication too. What a gorgeous boy!
